- Simply Organic Ranch Dressing Packet
- 3 eggs
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 8 cutlets
- Rice Chex Cereal
Instructions:
Mix crunched up rice chex with packet of Simply organic ranch dressing. Then dip chicken in beaten eggs and roll in rice chex mixture. Place in glass dish and bake on 375 for 20/25 minutes. Serve with your family's favorite vegetable!
Tips:
Use egg whites for a low fat option.
